About the Position

The Data Entry Assistant position is a temporary assignment that requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in data entry and computer skills. As a key member of our data management team, you'll be responsible for copying information from PDF documents and pasting it into Excel spreadsheets, reformatting data as necessary to meet project requirements. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate records and ensuring that data is entered correctly into our system.

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Copy information from PDF documents and paste it into Excel spreadsheets
  • Reformat data as necessary to meet project requirements
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in data entry tasks

Requirements
