Job Summary

As a Customer Service/Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for consulting with individuals and families to understand their benefits needs and preferences. You'll work closely with our team to provide expert guidance, answer questions, and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner. Your primary goal will be to help our members make informed decisions about their benefits and find the perfect plan to suit their needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer, via phone, email, or virtual meetings

  • Schedule Zoom meetings with these members to discuss their benefits needs and preferences
  • Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as help with any necessary claims or adjustments
  • Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns regarding their benefits in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates on schedule
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement new benefits solutions and programs

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ambitious, motivated, and organized, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using CRM software and other technology platforms

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the benefits or insurance industry

  • Familiarity with benefits administration software and systems
  • Strong knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance
  • Experience working in a virtual or remote environment
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with clients in multiple languages
