About the Role

As an Entry Level Remote Live Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through live chat channels. Your primary duties will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat channels in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate information to customers and resolving their issues
  • Proactively engaging customers to ensure their needs are met

Requirements
