Contract Duration: 6–12 months, with potential to extend or convert to full-time employment Location: Fully remote (U.S.-based) Estimated Weekly Hours: 40 hours Target Start Date: As soon as possible Why This Role: This role offers the opportunity to work on a high-visibility pilot focused on enrollment recovery and student re-engagement. The Advisor will work closely with the VP of Technology Partner Success and play a direct role in shaping a repeatable, revenue-linked service model for EAB partners. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound outreach to previously enrolled students via phone, email, and SMS using structured engagement campaigns
  • Engage students to identify common stop-out barriers using defined intake frameworks and determine appropriate next steps
  • Execute clear, timely handoffs to partner institution offices (e.g., admissions, advising, registrar, financial aid), ensuring students do not stall during transitions
  • Serve as a consistent point of coordination between students and partner institutions, providing necessary context to support efficient follow-up
  • Track all student interactions, outcomes, and follow-up actions in EAB’s CRM and outreach tools with high data quality and consistency
  • Support the design of and leverage call scripts, messaging sequences, and outreach workflows while providing feedback to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with internal EAB teams on campaign execution, process refinement, and pilot evaluation
  • Provide regular reporting on engagement activity, handoffs, and outcomes to support assessment of pilot performance

Basic Qualifications:

  • Highly organized, self-directed, and effective in a remote work environment
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving pilot environment with evolving processes and expectations
  • Familiarity with Navigate360 CRM or student information systems preferred
