We're seeking a talented and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our Client Care division of arenaflex's Drug Store Advantage Administrator business. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our members by providing heart-driven support and guidance on their pharmacy benefit plans.

Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our members through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. You'll provide clear and concise information about prescription coverage, medication inclusion, and mail order solutions, empowering our members to make informed decisions about their healthcare. Your expertise and knowledge will enable you to offer tailored solutions to address the unique needs of each member, improving their overall healthcare experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to inbound calls and emails from members, providing accurate and timely information about their pharmacy benefit plans

  • Resolve member inquiries and concerns in a patient, supportive, and empathetic manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Utilize knowledge of pharmacy benefit plans, medication inclusion, and mail order solutions to provide members with personalized guidance and support
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services to effectively address member inquiries
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards for customer service and member satisfaction

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

  • 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, such as call center, retail, or hospitality
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry

  • Knowledge of pharmacy benefit plans, medication inclusion, and mail order solutions
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
