  • Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary, ensuring seamless resolution and minimal disruption to our clients
  • Establish and nurture relationships with new customers to better understand their needs and provide personalized support, fostering long-term loyalty and trust
  • Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately, consistently meeting or exceeding our high standards of service
  • Promote interest in arenaflex products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell and contributing to our business growth and success
  • Consistently achieve established standards of the position, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a customer-centric approach
  • Portray and project a positive and professional image, reflecting the values and mission of arenaflex and enhancing our reputation as a trusted and reliable partner

Essential Qualifications
