Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Associate, your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with cleaning, organizing, and moving merchandise to ensure a positive sales floor environment
- Helping customers find what they need and providing exceptional customer service
- Handling clerical duties such as customer files and contracts
- Maintaining a positive and engaging sales floor environment
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Solid communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- A desire to help customers and make a positive impact on their lives
- Ability to perform a physical job, including lifting 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly (don't worry, we'll train you and give you the tools to do it safely)
- Age: 18 or older
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Previous retail or customer service experience
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
