Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering customer inquiries promptly via live chat, providing professional and accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Maintaining a deep knowledge of company services to offer relevant solutions and support to customers, including our state-of-the-art testing, monitoring, and consulting services.
  • Identifying customer concerns and challenges, escalating them to the appropriate team when necessary to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Tracking customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments to inform future customer service strategies.
  • Striving towards achieving targets for customer satisfaction and engagement, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

To be successful as a Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a higher educational level would be a plus.
  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers via live chat.
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Previous customer service experience would be beneficial, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Familiarity with live chat platforms or similar customer service software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.

Nice-to-haves

While not essential, the following skills and qualifications would be beneficial for this role:

  • Experience in the environmental services and industrial hygiene industry, with a deep understanding of toxicology and chemistry.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and office applications, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Fluency in a second language, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
