Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers seeking price quotes, booking reservations, or confirming reservation details

• Utilize our software to manage customer information, reservations, and communication
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and customers to ensure seamless service delivery
• Log in and log off for each shift, ensuring accurate record-keeping and accountability
• Reach out to the next agent before the end of each shift to ensure a smooth transition
• Communicate ahead of time if unable to cover a particular day or shift due to unforeseen circumstances

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service) preferred

• 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or phone-based environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and colleagues
• Proficiency in using software applications, including CRM systems and communication tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Availability to work weekend and overnight shifts, including 10pm-5am PST

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in the private transportation industry or a related field

• Familiarity with reservation management software and systems
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
