Key Responsibilities

Schedule and Training
The schedule for this role includes working hours from Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. The initial training period will be approximately two weeks, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Please note that rotating holidays may be required as needed.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must be a New York State resident. Additionally, you should possess:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Basic computer skills, with the ability to accurately document call content in real-time.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
