• Prepare and file federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations.
• Analyze financial data to identify potential deductions and credits that benefit clients.
• Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks and Sage to streamline tax preparation processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and offering tailored financial advice.
• Stay updated on the latest tax laws and financial concepts to ensure clients receive the best possible guidance.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service offerings and improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain organized records of client information, tax documents, and correspondence for future reference.
• Conduct thorough reviews of client accounts to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
• You will be responsible for obtaining your own clients with my help.

Skills Can be New or Seasoned Professionals and willing to learn; Training is provided

• Proven experience in tax preparation with a strong understanding of public accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software, including QuickBooks and Sage, as well as other financial software tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information effectively.
• Excellent math skills, including proficiency in 10 key typing for efficient data entry.
• Solid understanding of corporate accounting practices and bookkeeping fundamentals.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a knack for building lasting relationships with clients.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies that can help promote services effectively within the community.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
