DescriptionAs our Client Implementation Business Analyst, Healthcare Revenue Cycle, you will report to Experian Health.You'll have opportunity to:Assist Revenue Cycle Consultant and Technical Consultant teams in the implementation of Experian's Claim Source revenue cycle management systemReview internal process, recommend and develop changes to improve systems efficiency, automation, and effectivenessDocument complex solutions to internal and external clientsAssess project complexity and estimate implementation timeframeProvide input to improve product documentation and trainingAssign and monitor detailed project tasks and communicate summary level information to management and involved partiesCommunicate status with team members, end-users and clients within client expectations including participating in regular client callsDevelop relationships with clients and service/sales teamMonitor accuracy and completeness of all assigned jobs• Provide technical support including testing, debugging, troubleshooting and implementing necessary program updatesAnalyze customer data including performing optimizations and edit reviews with customers, review and evaluate payer notificationCollaborate with internal and external groups to define process requirements for project QualificationsBachelor's degree is beneficial4+ years' experience in healthcare revenue cycle and with hospital/clinic billing experience required4+ years' experience with host system installations and migrations (Epic, Cerner)4+ years' experience ICD10 diagnosis and procedure codes and CPT-4 codes, 837 format and UB04/1500/ADA paper forms, and with the medical billing process Additional InformationBenefits/Perks:Great compensation package and bonus planCore benefits including medical, dental, vision, and matching 401KFlexible work environment, ability to work remote, hybrid or in-officeFlexible time off including volunteer time off, vacation, sick and 12-paid holidaysExplore all our exciting benefits here: https://yourexperianbenefits.com/cand-index.htmlAt Experian, our people and culture set us apart.
