The Role

As an Amazon Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a critical part in our mission to deliver outstanding customer service. This vital role requires an action-oriented, flexible problem-solver who can assist customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems. You'll communicate with customers primarily through phone and email, utilizing a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions in a fun and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions
  • Communicate with customers primarily through phone and email
  • Assist customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 0-2 years of customer service experience; experience in a call center or retail environment a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications (e.g., CRM, email, and phone systems)
