Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a flexible remote work arrangement.   • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 18 years or older

* Experience in the product testing and development industry

  • Knowledge of market research and consumer behavior
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
