About the Role

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions via inbound calls, providing an optimum level of service, and advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Fluency in Spanish (communication level)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer-oriented and compassionate approach
• Patient, empathetic, and eager to help
• Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Sound judgment and decision-making skills
• Team player with a respectful attitude towards authority
• Attention to detail
• Computer proficiency in Windows and MS Office
• Strong social support system, autonomy, and ability to work from home
