About the Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering an amazing customer experience and helping to unveil the mystery of finding and enrolling in health insurance. You'll be responsible for managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and interpreting and following defined procedures and policies. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, delivering the highest level of customer service experience consistently
  • Manage customer accounts and provide technical support to resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Enter application data accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely processing and follow-up
  • Respond to online chat inquiries as assigned, providing prompt and professional support
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's products, services, and policies, staying up-to-date with industry developments and trends
  • Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment
  • Effectively manage time and tasks, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of productivity and quality
  • Complete extensive self-study, training, and testing, adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • To be at least 18 years of age or older
  • A minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • A personal laptop or desktop computer required for the training period, with cable/fiber broadband internet and a hard-wired ethernet connection
  • Commitment to full attendance during the 3-week training period, with a willingness to complete a background check and health screening
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and a customer-focused approach
  • Self-motivation and a success-driven mindset, with a ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Experience

While not required, the following experience and skills are preferred:

  • Previous experience in customer support or technical support role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • Previous experience with group and/or individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, with a knowledge of industry trends and developments
  • Previous experience in a call center environment, with a familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish bilingual skills, with a ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, with a range of benefits and perks to support your well-being and quality of life. Our compensation package includes:

  • A base pay of $14.50 per hour, with opportunities for performance and attendance-based incentives
  • Enhanced rates of up to $16.00 per hour, contingent on weekly attendance and performance
  • Spanish bilingual base pay of $15.50 per hour, with enhanced rates of up to $17.00 per hour
  • A range of benefits, including 401K match, individual coverage HRA (ICHRA), and paid time off (PTO)
