Job Summary

As a Live Chat Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing timely and efficient customer service through online chat on our clients' websites and social media channels. Your duties will include answering customer inquiries, offering promotional discounts, and providing helpful resources and information. This is an entry-level position, and full training is provided, so don't worry if you have not done this type of work before.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide timely and efficient customer service through online chat on our clients' websites and social media channels

  • Answer customer inquiries, offering solutions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Offer promotional discounts and provide helpful resources and information to customers
  • Work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Follow provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets for customer satisfaction and sales

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, business, communications) preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customers and teams
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in using technology, including social media and website chat functions
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access these functions (phone, tablet, laptop)
  • Availability of at least 5 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field

  • Knowledge of customer service software and tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and another language)
