Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated Data Entry Clerk to work from the comfort of their own home. As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our data processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input customer and account data from source documents within time limits.

  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check output.
  • Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
  • Apply data program techniques and procedures.

  • Comply with data integrity and security policies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

Essential Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk.
  • Experience with MS Office and data programs.
  • Familiarity with administrative duties.
  • Typing speed and accuracy.
  • Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional certification in office management or related fields.
  • Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles.
