Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering full-time assistance to our customers. You'll be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, customer support, and clerical work. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, efficient processes, and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for:

  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing timely and effective solutions to their needs.
  • Data Entry: Update and maintain customer call data, including customer care logs and profile pages.
  • Administrative Support: Create and update customer profiles, perform filing and record-keeping tasks, and maintain accurate records.
  • Document Creation: Produce and improve customer support concern tickets, and assist in the preparation of mail related to the customer support process.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle exclusive administrative jobs, including word-processing, data entry, and web research tasks.
  • Front Desk Management: Greet and administer all guests, suppliers, customers, project candidates, and visitors, directing them to their designated offices and meeting rooms.
  • General Office Duties: Perform filing, record-keeping, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and job-related tasks.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Work-from-Home: Be able to work remotely and maintain a dedicated workspace.
  • MS Office Suite: Be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate the ability to analyze problems, think critically, and develop effective solutions.
  • Multitasking and Organization: Be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Analytical Skills: Possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Be able to work effectively with minimal direction, resolve internal issues, and partner with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
