About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Enterprise Customer Engineer to join our team, focusing on cloud AI infrastructure optimization. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll identify and assess large-scale AI opportunities that can benefit from AI-optimized infrastructure. You'll help clients leverage accelerators within their overall cloud strategy by assisting in running benchmarks for current models, finding opportunities to apply accelerators for new models, developing migration paths, and assisting with research fees to optimize performance. Alongside this process, you'll work closely with internal Cloud AI teams to remove roadblocks and shape the future of services.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and assess large-scale AI opportunities that can benefit from AI-optimized infrastructure
- Help clients leverage accelerators within their overall cloud strategy by:
+ Assisting in running benchmarks for current models + Finding opportunities to apply accelerators for new models + Developing migration paths + Assisting with research fees to optimize performance
- Work closely with internal Cloud AI teams to remove roadblocks and shape the future of services
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to provide expert guidance to clients
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, with a focus on AI and machine learning
- Experience in building and operationalizing machine learning models
- Experience delivering technical presentations while leading detailed discovery and planning sessions aligned with client needs and defined scope and success metrics
Desired Qualifications
* Experience in education and fine-tuning large models (e.g., image, language, segmentation, recommendation, genomics) with accelerators
- Experience running MLPerf benchmarks
- Experience with performance profiling tools (e.g., TensorFlow profiler, PyTorch profiler, TensorBoard)
- Experience in distributed learning and optimizing performance vs. costs
- Experience designing and architecting large-scale infrastructure farms for professional AI use cases
- Ability to interact with C-level or senior business leaders and influence decisions

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $125-$175, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
