Key Responsibilities

As an Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Clerk with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately and efficiently entering data into our computer systems
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and colleagues
  • Responding to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • Have a stable internet connection
  • Be able to type accurately with a minimum speed of 30 words per minute
  • Be able to focus on tasks without being distracted
  • Be a resident of the US
  • Be proficient with basic PC skills
  • Have basic English written and spoken language skills
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Previous experience in data entry, customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or other productivity software
