Job Summary
As a Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout the delivery process. You'll be the face of our company, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues. Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Associate, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Documenting delivery information into our tracking system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborating with regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience, ensuring seamless communication and coordination
- Troubleshooting, researching, and resolving customer issues, escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution
- Participating in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business, identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes as needed
- Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency, meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets

Requirements
To be successful as a Customer Care Associate, you'll need:
- The ability to multitask on a computer using multiple applications while on a phone call, with strong technical skills and attention to detail
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to listen attentively to customer concerns and express empathy and understanding
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to research and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner
- Reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background and equipment check
