Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
  • Assist customers with booking tickets, modifying reservations, and answering queries related to travel arrangements.
  • Provide support for customer complaints and find resolutions to issues in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Educate customers on arenaflex's policies, procedures, and services, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our services and policies.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the internal system, collaborating with team members to enhance customer service effectiveness.
  • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to improve service delivery, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in a call center environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer software.
