The Role of a Customer Relationship Advocate

As a Customer Relationship Advocate (CRA) at arenaflex, you will be part of a team that provides outstanding customer service to arenaflex's valued clients. In this role, you will develop skills to assist with a broad range of client needs, including trade requests, money movement, online support, and more. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex's clients, responding to inbound phone calls and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop skills to assist with a broad range of client needs, including trade requests, money movement, online support, and more
  • Prepare for and obtain FINRA SIE, Series 7, and 63 licenses through arenaflex's industry-leading licensing program
  • Participate in skill development and training programs to enhance your knowledge and skills
  • Collaborate with your team, meet with your leader, and expand your network to achieve your career goals
  • Explore new career paths through job shadowing and arenaflex's career center

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Aptitude and dedication to complete the FINRA SIE, Series 7, and 63 exams through arenaflex's licensing program
  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning and dedication to studying and applying new concepts
  • A passion for connection and desire to establish rapport with customers
  • Ability to handle different types of situations, emotions, and conversations, driving towards suitable resolutions
  • A desire for growth and a mindset that generates long-term success through adaptability and personal accountability
  • Exceptional critical and analytical problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to interpret a scenario, leverage resources, and find an appropriate resolution
  • Comfort learning new technology or proprietary platforms and confident navigating multiple systems simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience in customer-facing roles, such as residential real estate agent, controller, or retail sales representative
  • Background in accounting and finance
  • Knowledge of financial services and products
  • Experience with technology and software applications
