Job Summary

We're seeking an Experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team of experts who are passionate about delivering exceptional experiences through every interaction. As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for resolving customer and candidate issues via phone, email, and chat, while providing innovative and customer-obsessed service. You'll be an expert in the arenaflex platform, helping our customers and their candidates understand the value of our technology.

Key Responsibilities

* Resolve customer and candidate issues via phone, email, and chat, providing innovative and customer-obsessed service

  • Complete projects assigned by the support manager, identifying and researching customer issues using the arenaflex system
  • Follow-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved, completing call logs and reports
  • Recognize, document, and alert the supervisor of trends/ issues in customer calls, recommending process improvements
  • Be an expert in the arenaflex platform, helping our customers and their candidates understand the value of our technology
  • Document and manage your cases for each Support interaction you have
  • Recognize, document, and alert leadership of trends in contacts and ongoing issues
  • Identify and communicate support process and product improvements
  • Delight each of your contacts with positive and encouraging interactions

Qualifications

* Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with a positive attitude and drive to always be improving

  • Expert reading and writing skills, with proficiency in technology and ability to learn how to troubleshoot technical issues while navigating multiple systems
  • 2+ years experience in a customer service role, with experience in a technical support role a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to be resourceful, with experience communicating with customers preferred
  • Flexible schedule, with the ability to work nights or weekend hours depending on shift
  • Requires US Citizenship to work in this position
