Responsibilities and Duties
As an IT Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Sharing your passion for the brand and its products/services with customers
- Providing expert advice and guidance on large-scale electronic purchasing needs
- Comparing and analyzing competitor products to ensure customers receive the best possible solutions
- Showing empathy and understanding to customers in stressful situations
- Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and improve the overall shopping experience
- Staying up-to-date with the latest brand developments, product launches, and industry trends
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong understanding of large corporate or hospital IT systems (a plus)
- Familiarity with top operating systems and brand environments
- A passion for helping others with large-scale electronic purchasing needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts at the customer's knowledge level
- Strong typing skills (at least 35 wpm) and the ability to communicate clearly in text form
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

To ensure a seamless and efficient chat experience, you'll need:
- A desktop or laptop with Chrome browser (tablets and other mobile devices are not compatible at this time)
- A stable internet connection (we recommend at least a consistent 10mbps)
- Reliable sound output (this can be through built-in computer speakers or third-party speakers or headsets)
