Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to customers via phone, ensuring prompt and thorough assistance with troubleshooting, orders, repairs, returns, and other customer inquiries.
  • Diagnose issues and guide customers through steps to resolution, utilizing previous troubleshooting skills and experience.
  • Work efficiently from home, utilizing a secure, password-protected WIFI connection and navigating different types of software with speed and accuracy.
  • Prioritize workload and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, maintaining excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the team, both remotely and independently, to achieve common goals and ensure seamless customer support.
  • Maintain a positive attitude, enjoy challenges, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow with constructive feedback.

Essential Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, with a preference for product troubleshooting experience.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and grammar skills, with a clear speaking voice and professional phone etiquette.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Proficiency in data entry, with speed and accuracy, and experience navigating different software applications.
  • Punctuality, great attendance, and a commitment to meeting schedule requirements (Tuesday - Friday, 9:00 am-2:00 pm, and Saturday, 10:30 am - 6:30 pm).
  • A separate childcare arrangement for babies and/or toddlers, ensuring minimal distractions during work hours.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working directly with customers, preferably in a technical support or product-related role.
  • Familiarity with the CatGenie product or similar pet care products, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer support.
  • Experience working in a remote environment, with a proven ability to manage time effectively and maintain productivity.
