Job Overview

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Remote Data Entry Processor. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for performing data entry tasks with high accuracy, classifying documents, and working on various projects based on established procedures and guidelines. You'll have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our team and independently, growing and challenging yourself to discover your potential for greatness and advanced opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performs data entry with high accuracy, per client's requirements
  • Performs manual identification and sorting of different types of forms
  • Classifies documents based on client's requirements
  • Works on different tasks (Data Entry, Verify, MEDI & other DE tasks) based on established procedures and guidelines
  • Complies with company policies and standards
  • Ability to problem-solve and work self-guided

Qualifications and Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a working environment
  • Ability to demonstrate basic PC/Internet skills, including introductory knowledge of Microsoft products (i.e., Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
  • Able to work independently and remain self-motivated
  • Great customer service and excellent organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to translate information effectively and accurately
  • Must pass a typing test with 40 wpm+
