Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Support Services Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Relaying information to clinicians to facilitate effective care

  • Customer service skills: Strong customer service skills, with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
  • Availability: Evening, weekend shifts required, with holidays paid at time ½
  • Internet and workspace requirements: Access to high-speed internet on a personal network, with a private, patient-confidential workspace environment
