Job Description
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts. This will include:
- Handling a variety of customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Analyzing payment history and notes to resolve customer issues
- Communicating statuses to customers in a clear and concise manner
- Working with leading technologies and systems to ensure seamless customer interactions
- Collaborating with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to achieve success

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Drive to solve problems and meet goals
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
- Experience in customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent
Technical Requirements
To work from home, you'll need:
- Excellent internet connectivity with speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download
- Hardwired internet access (wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems)
- A productive, quiet, and distraction-free workspace
- A smartphone (iOS or Android) with a 4-year-old or newer model, capable of downloading our app for company communications
