Job Summary
We are seeking an Experienced Full Stack AI Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of conversational AI and NLP solutions that drive business growth and enhance the customer experience. As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI models that can understand and respond to customer inquiries, providing a seamless and personalized experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop conversational AI and NLP models that can understand and respond to customer inquiries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production systems
- Develop and maintain AI models using the latest advancements in deep learning, PyTorch, and TensorFlow
- Work on NLP and AI engineering design, prototyping, testing, and deployment
- Develop and maintain metadata and model variants
- Develop creation-level programming for AI infrastructure (data pipelines, testing frameworks, model management, MLOPS)
- Upgrade models for execution and versatility (for better latency and throughput)
- Monitor model performance, maintenance, and investigation
- Design and validate ideas for testing the latest AI and NLP, voice handling advancements
- Perform A/B testing of candidate models
- Work with developers and data scientists to integrate ML models into production systems on the cloud and in embedded systems
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and related fields
- Support all initiatives in the Center of Excellence and contribute to high-impact projects
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or Cognitive Science
- At least 2 years of experience in conversational AI, NLP, or related fields
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow
- Experience in automated deployment of trained AI models on cloud platforms
- Experience in conversational AI, NLP, voice-to-text processing, speaker ID, sentiment analysis, and translation
- At least 1 year of direct leadership, indirect leadership, or potentially cross-functional team leadership experience
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state)
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree, Ph.D., or Graduate degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or Cognitive Science
- Experience in research, representation, and interpretation of model results
- Experience with subtlety conversational AI programming, conversational AI integration programming, and voice biometrics programming
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure and Google Cloud/Google Cloud Platform. MLOps-related experience for production workflows
- Familiarity or near-conversant in Spanish
- Experience in retail or healthcare industry
- Team management experience
