Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative in our Merchant Services team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our merchants, addressing their concerns, and helping them navigate our platform. You will work closely with our Dealer Administrations Manager and other team members to ensure that our merchants receive the best possible experience. This role requires a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Be a student of the business, seeking ways to develop and learn about the company
  • Make a positive impact on customer experience by inspiring the team to provide excellent customer support and making working with us easy for merchants
  • Recognize opportunities for improvement and execute tasks to enhance efficiency and quality
  • Answer and address escalations from clients and workers

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in an office environment

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using Google Sheets or other data analysis tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
