Lead Pharmacy Technician, Customer Service/Data Entry in arenaflex's Omnicare Pharmacy

As a Lead Pharmacy Technician, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our long-term care, assisted living, and chronic care customers. You'll work closely with our senior technicians to coordinate daily production, troubleshoot front-end processes, and partner with pharmacy leaders on team training plans. A Day in the Life:

As a Lead Pharmacy Technician, you'll be responsible for:

• Collaborating with senior technicians to coordinate daily production of assigned areas, including data entry, customer service, and automation
• Troubleshooting and assisting with front-end processes and workflow issues to identify solutions
• Partnering with pharmacy leaders on team training plans and collaborating with field training teams as needed
• Assisting in orientation, training, and education programs for all controlled substances in accordance with policies, procedures, state, and federal laws
• Providing exceptional customer service to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including patient information and inventory management

Pay Range:

The typical pay range for this role is: Minimum: $18.50 Maximum: $34.60 Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
• Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
• One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

• Prior experience in the long-term care industry
• PTCB National Certification

Education:

A verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required.
