Experienced Customer Support Specialist – Remote Delivery Support Team

As a key member of our Support team, you'll be the first point of contact for our vibrant Roadie community. We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist who embodies a customer-first mentality, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for problem-solving. In this dynamic role, you'll leverage our cutting-edge mobile and web-based tools to ensure the success of our logistics services and deliver an exceptional experience for our users. Our Support team operates 24/7, and we're looking for someone who can adapt to a 4-day workweek schedule, including non-traditional hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide top-notch phone, email, and text-based support to Roadie customers, partners, users, and community members, addressing their concerns with empathy and professionalism.

• Utilize active listening skills to understand and confirm customer information, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Balance efficiency and speed in addressing questions or issues with a focus on delivering a high-quality customer experience.
• Proactively monitor in-progress deliveries and take corrective action when necessary to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Manage non-standard delivery situations with poise, empathy, and urgency, providing solutions that exceed customer expectations.
• Effectively utilize Salesforce and other internal tools to accurately log interactions and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with team members from various Roadie departments to ensure a seamless delivery experience, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.

What You Bring:

* A combination of sales, customer service experience, or a related field, preferably with a technology or logistics company.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact and connect with diverse personalities.
• Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on efficiency and speed.
• Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements, with a proactive approach to navigating uncertainty and ambiguity.
• Ability to work a schedule comprised of non-standard shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
