Job Responsibilities

As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Making outbound and receiving inbound calls to provide exceptional customer service
• Thoroughly reviewing loan applications through various software systems
• Assessing candidate qualifications for loans
• Creating and updating records
• Identifying client needs and exploring available options

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Excellent customer service skills

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to remain calm and respectful under pressure
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

* 0-2 years of experience in a customer service role

• Proficiency in web and cloud-based applications
