Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist or Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data entry processes to support our subscribers and internal teams
  • Providing top-notch customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive subscriber experience

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer support, or a related field

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
