Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience by quickly and accurately identifying and accessing individual customer needs and taking appropriate action steps to satisfy those needs. You will handle incoming calls on the UHC Rewards Program, identify and communicate technical troubleshooting steps for activity trackers and the UHC App and MyUHC.com website, answer questions on program earnings and points, educate customers about program benefits and changes, and respond to customers in a compassionate, polite, and courteous manner.

Responsibilities

* Provide an excellent customer experience by quickly and accurately identifying and accessing individual customer needs and taking appropriate action steps to satisfy those needs

  • Handle incoming calls on the UHC Rewards Program
  • Identify and communicate technical troubleshooting steps for activity trackers and the UHC App and MyUHC.com website
  • Answer questions on program earnings and points
  • Educate customers about program benefits and changes
  • Respond to customers in a compassionate, polite, and courteous manner, especially in stressful situations when there is a need to communicate information that the customer may not want to hear
  • Assist customers in navigating unitedhealthcaremotion.com and other activity tracker apps
  • Consistently meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards

Requirements

* High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Minimum of 2+ years of combined education, work, and/or volunteer experience
  • Ability to work arenaflex's normal business hours of 6:55am – 3:25pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends
  • Reside within Central or Eastern Time Zone
  • Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
  • Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
  • Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service

Preferred Qualifications

* Customer Service, call center experience

  • Experience with technical troubleshooting
  • Health Care/Insurance environment (familiarity with medical terminology, health plan documents, or benefit plan design)
  • Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications

Telecommuting Requirements

* Reside within Central or Eastern Time Zone

  • Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
  • Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
  • Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service

Compensation and Benefits

* Hourly range for Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, or Rhode Island residents is $16.00 - $28.27 per hour

  • Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
  • In addition to your salary, arenaflex offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements)
