Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Managing customer interactions via inbound calls, with the aim of achieving the best resolution for the customer
• Providing an optimum level of service, with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests
• Collaborating with the team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Fluency in Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to problem-solve and make sound judgments
• Strong customer orientation, with a patient and empathetic approach
• Ability to work independently, with a strong social support system and autonomy
• Proficiency in Windows and MS Office, with a strong computer skills
