As a Senior Director II, Customer Strategic Insights, you will be part of our North America Business Unit, FSOP Organization, where you will work closely with our sales, marketing, business planning, industry, and customer value and growth (CVG) leadership teams to drive growth and innovation.

Position Responsibilities

As a Senior Director II, Customer Strategic Insights, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to define and steward industry, customer/consumer, and competitive insights that accelerate revenue and volume growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Setting Strategy and Prioritizing Resources: Develop and deploy a best-in-class insights strategy that shapes business direction and drives growth.
  • Providing People Leadership: Lead a team of six seasoned FSOP Insights Directors, providing vision, coaching, development, and definition on how work is deployed with key stakeholders.
  • Partnering Across Teams: Collaborate with FSOP Sales, Marketing, Business Planning, Industry, and CVG leadership teams to define top opportunities to address through a robust analytics and testing agenda.
  • Navigating the Competitive Environment: Continuously survey the competitive environment to ensure keen awareness of marketplace opportunities and risks, leveraging external marketplace intelligence to inform business planning and set proactive direction.
  • Collaborating Across the arenaflex Network: Partner across the arenaflex global network to ensure optimal use of resources, knowledge sharing, extraction of applicable learning, and expansion of the insights capabilities of the FSOP organization.
  • Setting Strategic Guidance: Set strategic guidance on critical insights and storytelling required to win business renewals and customers that drive growth for the arenaflex system.
  • Identifying and Deploying Latest Technologies: Identify and deploy the latest technologies, partnerships, and innovative approaches to ensure fast-paced and agile insights development.

KEY FOCUS AREAS

* Strategic Thinking and Strategy Development: Define and set the agenda for critical insights and marketplace intelligence needs of the organization, partner in the development of annual business plans, and drive FSOP strategy and opportunities.

  • Relationship Management: Act as a network partner to ensure connectivity with other insights organizations, leading the way for knowledge sharing and application of growth-driving intelligence for FSOP customer partners.
  • People Leadership & Development: Recruit and retain a high-performance team, serve as an advocate for future career opportunities and personal growth/development, and set the agenda for training and capability building of the organization.

Education and Experience

* Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree; 10+ years in CPG Industry; Senior level experience within the consumer goods/beverages industry; Innovative and collaborative mindset; People leadership/management experience; Customer experience in the Foodservice or CPG industry or adjacent businesses.

  • Preferred: MBA or other graduate degree; Experience leading geographically dispersed teams; Experience across multiple disciplines beyond FSOP management.

Travel and Location

* Travel: 25-35%

  • Location: Virtual (Between East Coast and Central part of the US) with preference for Atlanta Based

Compensation and Benefits

* Pay Range: $224,100 - $257,600

  • Base Pay Offered: May vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • Full Range of Medical, Financial, and/or Other Benefits: Dependent on the position.

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 50
