Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Overnight Customer Care Representative to join our live chat support team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through live chat, responding to frequently asked questions, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

As an Overnight Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries through live chat, providing accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues
• Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
• Providing product information, answering frequently asked questions, and offering solutions to customer problems
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Adhering to arenaflex's customer service standards and policies
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and provide effective solutions
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
• Strong technical skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software systems and tools
• Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
• Availability to work 10-40 hours per week, with a minimum of 10 hours per week guaranteed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Experience with live chat software and tools
• Certification in customer service or a related field
