Remote Call Center- Patient Care Rep
Our client, a forward-thinking healthcare technology company, is seeking a Remote Call Center-Patient Care Reps to join their team. As a Patient Care Rep, you will be part of the Patient Support Department supporting the Customer Service Team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title:Patient Care Rep Location: Remote (Must reside in Michigan, Ohio or Arizona) Pay Range: $18.00 ( MI & OH) $20.00 ( AZ) What's the Job?
- Provide exceptional service to patients regarding prescriptions, refills, billing, and delivery inquiries
- Handle inbound calls and emails efficiently and professionally
- Resolve pharmacy-related issues promptly and accurately
- Document and enter data into the system with attention to detail
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance standards
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2+ years of recent call center experience
- Healthcare or pharmacy background preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Potential Schedules Hours of Operation Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
- Work schedules may vary within the hours of operation.
- Schedules are likely to include an evening shift and/or Saturday shift.
Attendance Policy:
- Attendance during training is mandatory.
- Any missed training time is prohibited and may result in termination
Remote Work Requirements:
- Dedicated workspace free from distractions.
- No childcare or personal activities during work hours.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Treat your home workspace as your office.
