Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative – arenaflex Agent Team Member, you will be responsible for:
- Developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services to promote arenaflex offerings, including auto, home, and life insurance.
- Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, and following up with customers as needed.
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Collaborating with the arenaflex Agent to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and business development plans.
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
