Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Clerk to join our team and contribute to our mission. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support, data entry, and customer service to our clients. This is a flexible work-from-home opportunity that offers a competitive hourly rate, depending on your level of experience and proven ability to work from home at the same level as from an office.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to our clients, including data entry, email management, and document preparation

  • Enter data accurately and efficiently, with a minimum speed of 30 words per minute
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Develop and implement efficient data entry processes to improve productivity and accuracy
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve our goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and administrative support

Essential Qualifications

* 16 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient with basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong typing skills, with a minimum speed of 30 words per minute
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
