Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact and liaison between customers and the company, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Assisting with EDI data entry, including processing complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, and cancellations.
  • Processing purchase order confirmations, advanced ship notifications, and invoicing systems for all EDI orders.
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls from/to wholesalers, distributors, consumers, business customers, and Account Managers.
  • Processing incoming problem tickets from Distributor and Direct Customers.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2 years of experience in order processing, EDI, and processing purchase orders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in EDI data entry, including processing complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, and cancellations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a manufacturing environment, with knowledge of EDI systems and processes.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve customer complaints.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.

Compensation and Benefits:
