We are seeking a Real Estate Assistant/Administrator for our growing team with exceptional opportunities to learn and grow with us. We are looking for someone to assist us with servicing our existing clients looking to buy and sell in the Miami/South Florida Market.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with clients, vendors and team members.
  • Communicate (verbal and/or written) professionally with clients and vendors and tasks are completed on-time with the highest level of customer service.
  • Committed to closing the loop on tasks and following up until the desired result is achieved.
  • Schedule showings on properties we have on the market with buyers/sellers/agents.
  • Answer incoming calls from agents and vendors Ideal Characteristics of Individual
  • Demonstrate strong project and time management skills
  • Able to keep a lot of detail/information highly organized
  • Resourceful, quick-starter with a team-player attitude
  • Highly polished and professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to shift gears quickly to accommodate new priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Tech savvy and enjoys learning/ implementing new systems Required Experience / Qualifications
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish/English and be able to read, write, and comfortably speak in both languages
