Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing timely and efficient customer service through online chat on arenaflex's website and social media channels. Your duties will include:

  • Offering promotional discounts and providing helpful resources and information to customers
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, customer service) preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers from diverse backgrounds and cultures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability of at least 5 hours per week, with the option to work more or less depending on your schedule

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, or a willingness to learn
  • Experience working with social media platforms and website chat functions
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
