We are currently seeking a self-motivated, flexible, and team-oriented individual to join our VUE (arenaflex Underwriting Experience) Team as a work-from-home Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients through inbound phone calls, troubleshooting, and policy inquiries.

Essential Functions:
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Obtaining and maintaining your Property and Casualty License
- Working independently, taking initiative, and working with little supervision
- Maintaining regular and timely attendance
- Ability to make decisions, problem solve, and hold to an ethical standard
- Ability to manage individual stress/composure
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma
- Designated Space and Internet Capability to Work from Home
- Ability to Pass a Background Check
- Extensive Microsoft Office or G-Suite Experience
- 2 Years of customer Service Experience
