About the Role: Customer Service Support for Leading Cruise Lines

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Ability to work independently in a home office environment, with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with leading cruise lines or in the travel industry
  • Knowledge of cruise line operations, including ship amenities and destinations
  • Certification in customer service, such as the Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) designation

  • Strong sales and upselling skills, with the ability to promote cruise line products and services
