Preferred location: (Hybrid - 3x week) Atlanta Support Center (2 Ballpark Center, 800 Battery Ave SE Atlanta, GA) Eligible locations: (Hybrid - 3x week) New York Support Center (225 Varick St. New York, NY) Atlanta Support Center (2 Ballpark Center, 800 Battery Ave SE Atlanta, GA) Job Summary The Product Compliance Specialist supports the execution of quality assurance compliance programs. This role is responsible for maintaining documentation, assisting in audit reviews, and process quality incidents to ensure supplier compliance. The specialist maintains nutritional and allergen data for menu items. Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Maintain and organize quality and food safety documentation, including product specifications, SOPs, and audit records
  • Support internal and third-party audit preparation and execution (e.g., SQF, FDA, USDA, GFSI)
  • Assist with regulatory compliance initiatives, including FSMA and food labeling verifications
  • Collaborate with suppliers and co-manufacturers to collect and validate quality documentation (e.g., COAs, allergen statements)
  • Maintain nutritional and allergen information for all menu items.
  • Stay up to date on food safety regulations and help implement policy changes as directed by the QA leadership team

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload with guidance
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment

Education Requirements Bachelor's Degree - preferred Education or Certificate Details Food Science, Food Technology, Food Microbiology or similar background Work Experience 2-4 years Related Experience 1-2 years quality assurance experience in chain restaurant or food manufacturing setting Physical Requirements Lifting/pushing objects weighing over 40 lbs.
