Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages on clients' websites and social media accounts in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, addressing their queries and concerns
  • Offer sales links and discounts to customers, promoting our clients' products and services
  • Utilize various tools and platforms, including Facebook Messenger, to engage with customers
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings

* Basic English writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
